As the supremacy battle between Kirinyaga governor Anne Waiguru and women representative Purity Ngirici escalates, the deputy President today met the two leaders in a church function in Kirinyaga county. In what has kept many talking the outfit of Purity Ngirici matched that of the DP.
Ngirici had a yellow dress with prints of green so was the DPs shirt, Waiguru on her side had a yellow top and black skirt. The matching dress code between the DP and Ngirici could have been coincidence but Kenyans are reading more to it. It could have been used to send a message to Ngirici's supporters who are said to be many that she had not been sidelined as many believed.
"Look at William Ruto's and Ngiri's matching outfit, Waiguru looks odd and the two has shown a stronger bond. Waiguru should trade carefully there's no coincidence in politics," Makori commented in a picture uploaded by Dennis Itumbi
The two women leaders will be going for Kirinyaga gubernatorial seat via UDA party. Ngirici felt unappreciated after her rival Waiguru received an heroic welcome from the party leader and other UDA leaders.
