The former president late Daniel Arap Moi's Grandson has been ordered to pay KSH 500000 for Upkeep after he allegedly abandoned his two children over ten Years ago.
The presiding judge Benjamin limo confirmed that Collins Kibet moi and Gladys jeruto lived together 10 years ago before they separated.
The suit was filed by jeruto last year April and the DNA results conducted confirmed that indeed Collins moi is the father of the two children.
In her application, jeruto was seeking upkeep for the children to cater for school fees, health insurance, food, entertainment, clothes and education.
She told the court that the two lived together between 2008 and 2012 before Collins disappeared living her to shoulder the childrens' needs alone without a meaningful income.
