It is good news for the Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya Dr William Ruto as nominated Senator from the vote rich Nyanza region, Hon Millicent Omanga, now reveals that a lobby group of trades from Nairobi county pledge support for the Deputy President ahead of the 2022 general elections.
On her social media platform, the nominated Senator has revealed that on Tuesday afternoon, the Tangatanga Movement Legislators gathered at the Deputy President's official home where they held talks with a delegation of traders from Nairobi county.
Millicent Omanga has further expressed her happiness revealing that the traders accepted to buy the Deputy President's idea of the bottom-up economic model, a clear indication that the traders are set to back William Ruto's 2022 presidential bid.
