Nelson Havi To Travel To Canada Alongside CJ Mutunga For a Return of Joshua Migun a Miguna

Former Chief Justice of Kenya, Willy Mutunga announced that he will be leaving the country soon to Toronto Canada where he will be meeting with self-proclaimed NRM General, Joshua Miguna Miguna as they plan on Miguna’s Back to Home journey on 16th November.

Mutunga has asked journalists, bloggers, and other public figures to be free to join him on that day when Miguna is being returned home.

LSK President, Nelson Havi via his Twitter handled volunteered and said that he is ready to join CJ Willy Mutunga on a trip to Canada. He stated that the rule of law in the country should be respected to protect the constitution.

“I am ready to accompany CJ Emeritus Dr. Willy Mtunga to Canada to bring Miguna Miguna back home on November 16, 2021. The rule of law, respect for court orders, and the defense of the constitution is the responsibility of all Kenyans in general and all leaders in particular,” Havi wrote.

Miguna reacted to Willy Mutunga’s decision and said that since he has been forcefully exiled for more than 3 years now, the country needs genuine freedom, and the red alerts issued against him be removed for him to land back home.
