Amount of Money a School Bag Made Out of Governor Sakaja's Campaign Billboards is Selling At

This year has been a busy one in terms of the political matters in the country, Kenyans took part in general elections on 9th August 2022 where they voted for leaders in six elective seats of president, governor, senator, women representatives, members of parliament and members of county assemblies.

In Nairobi County, the residents voted in Johnson Sakaja of the United Democratic Alliance as their governor. During the campaigns, governor Sakaja mounted billboards all over the country showing his image as one way or one method of campaigning.

After the campaigns, the now fourth governor of Nairobi county after Evans Kidero, Mike Sonko and Ann Kananu, Johnson Sakaja gradly donated all his billboards to the Anjiru program. Governor Sakaja has today had a look at the final product from his campaign billboards, he says that women and youth groups in the county used the recycled billboards to make school bags for school kids and earn a living. Sakaja says that for every bag bought, one will be donated to a needy school kid.

I now know that you are curious to know the price of the bag, according to the photos Sakaka has shared, the bag price is pegged at Ksh.2,500.

Thank you.
