CS Kipchumba Murkomen has reacted as he reveals his position in the ongoing United Democratic Alliance party nominations that are ongoing in Elgeyo Marakwet. According to his latest post, he said that he wishes all candidates in the Elgeyo Marakwet UDA Senatorial primaries the very best. He said that after observing the vigorous, intense and lively campaigns carried out by the candidates, he has no doubt each one of them gave the very best.
The Elgeyo Marakwet County Senate seat fell vacant when the serving Senator Kipchumba Murkomen was nominated and later on sworn in as the cabinet secretary for Transport. The by-election to find his replacement will be conducted in less than two months. Kipchumba Murkomen was elected to serve his second term in Senate. The seta has so far attracted more than ten candidadtes.
