Raila Suffers Blow after Another Close Ally Leaves his Camp after Uhuru Remarks on Judiciary

Raila suffered a major blow in his presidential quest come the year 2022. Kenyan politics are each day growing wild as the race for presidency nears. Coalitions and party splitting have become the new norm at the helm of Kenyan leadership.

The latest to appear is the ODM vice chairman and Rarienda member of parliament, Otiende Amollo who criticized president Uhuru of influencing Judicial appointments. This might spark reaction as his party leader supports president' moves. This could ignite the fact he is on his way to leave Raila's camp.

The Rarienda MP tweeted, "On This We Must Be Plain, The President Cannot Select Which Judges To Gazette After JSC Recommendation.

MP, what you need is the reason behind the president action, don't forget he was sworn to protect kenyans and their properties, if these judges are a danger the president is justified, he should not endorse persons with questionable characters just realign with the constitution,

Kaizen commented, "If president refuses to appoint constitutional office holders such as judges, certain cabinet secretaries e.g finance CS, AG etc. MPs are required to impeach him for gross violation of constitution. Do the necessary."

Kaizen added, "Cabinet secretary incharge of national treasury, Beside judges, there are critical constitutional office holders the president is compelled to appoint e.g Auditor general, Attoney general, Controller of budget. Appointment of such office holders is not optional."
