The vocal UDA lawmaker who is a close ally to Deputy president William Ruto feels that the government has to arrest Odinga.
Barasa is also a harsh critic of Odinga and his remarks against him has drawn mixed reactions on social media.
This comes hours after he has been questioned after he branded one of the constituency's National Government Constituency Development Fund (NGCDF) motor vehicles with UDA colours and logo.
According to the police, the vehicle’s registration number plate was changed to hide its original identity but Barasa feels that Raila should be arrested for using the state's cars in his campaigns ahead of the August polls.
"Arrest Raila Odinga for using government vehicles first before intimidating me... " Barasa's statement on Facebook reads.
