Deputy president, Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto has received a heroic welcome in Kengeleni Nyali Constituency, Mombasa county today October 6th 2021.
Dp Ruto's name rented the air as he engaged the residents not to mention that the region which has for long been considered as Raila's backyard was painted yellow - official UDA attire.

Nyali residents, who apparently appeared to be jovial chanted praises to the deputy president and his battalion. Lead by Mohammed Ali, the residents raised their hands and vowed to vote for Dp Ruto in the forthcoming general elections.
Equally, Ruto had promised the residents great things among them being the eradication of predatory loans given by companies such as Tala and Okash.
According to Ruto, Kenyans have the willpower to work but the environment within which they are working is the only deterrent to their success.
"People of Nyali and Kenyans at large should rise and unit if Kenya is to develop. Let me promise you this, if you allow me to form the next government by voting for me in large numbers, I will make sure that the government provided a conducive environment for small scale businesses," Dr Ruto said.
Ruto also challenged those whom he claimed are waiting for support from tycoons to come and face him one on one. "Kenyans should not accept to be intimidated politically.
Citizens are the ones to decide who their leader will become in 2022. There is nothing like deep state. Let us all stand against such political fanaticism," Ruto added.
Lately, Kenya as a country has been experiencing political pressure and turmoil. This to some extent has stirred and halted important economic activities as the leaders who are to spear economic growth are actively campaigning.
