We have remained with few months to the next general elections. All political leaders are trying their level best to make sure they get maximum support from voters. Political temperature has been on rising as TangaTanga and Kieleweke interlock horns over the 2022 polls in their campaign trails.

However, all is not well after the latest message from the Lawyer Steve Ogolla. According to the lawyer Ogolla, their candidacy might be disqualified due to the following reasons. According to Ogolla, the Elections Act and Election Campaign Finance Act has been allegedly misunderstood by most politicians.
He has claimed that aspirants don't get to decide when to start campaigns. According to the constitution, the campaign period is defined to be 60 days to the ballot. He has also warned the politicians in case they have shared their posters and hosting campaign rallies are allegedly facing disqualification.
Ogolla's message is sad news to all political leaders. DP Ruto's camp, Raila, and others might be allegedly the victim, in case the rule of law is imposed by our Judiciary
