Why is the Media Twisting the Remarks by CS Aden Duale - Ezekiel Mutua Speaks

Ezekiel Mutua has finally spoken concerning CS Aden Duale's remarks on wearing of Hijabs in the country. Defence Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has said his controversial remarks on wearing of Hijabs by Muslim girls and Women has been taken out of context.

Speaking on Tuesday, December 20 at the launch of the international Quran Competition at Sir Ali Muslim club in Nairobi, Aden Duale revealed that women and girls must wear hijabs all times. A report that sparked alot of reactions from people across the country.

And speaking in Somali dialect, Aden Duale went on to state: "Our girls will wear hijabs, what is wrong. Isn't that the way. For those who don't wear hijabs and are Muslims they should not hear me."

Ezekiel Mutua has also said that the media platforms have allegedly twisted Aden Duale's remarks. According to Mutua Aden Duale was defending Muslim girls and women against people who may have issues with them.
