Kenya is a devolved country that has forty seven counties and each county is headed by a governor and a deputy governor.
Nyandarua Governor Francis Kimemia has this evening revealed that the main reason why there is a cold relationship between deputy president Dr William Samoei Ruto and close allies of president Uhuru Kenyatta is that Dr Ruto has been opposing his boss who is the president of the republic of Kenya.
Governor Kimemia who also served as the secretary of the cabinet in Kenya before he was elected as Nyandarua boss made the remarks today evening during a live interview with a local television channel known as K24.
Hon. Kimemia was hosted by Daniel Kituu of K24 during a live programme called "Kikaoni K24." The Jubilee party that is headed by President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy Dr William Ruto has witnessed divisions following the famous handshake between President Kenyatta and Odm leader Raila Odinga in March 2018.
