With various reactions coming out from the people on the ground especially from various parts of the Central Region, it is quite evident that President Uhuru Kenyatta is increasingly becoming unpopular in the region.

And fear is that he could be losing that popularity to his deputy William Ruto who is on the other hand is taking the grounds in Central Region with storm after the spat with Uhuru.

These statements are with regards to the expose which has just been made by DP Ruto's ally Dennis Itumbi who through his official Twitter handle has revealed the kind of reaction made by residents from Kathanjuri in Embu County.

According to them as indicated by Dennis Itumbi in his tweet, they told Senator Ndwiga that they have already made their decisions which concerns DP Ruto's 2022 presidency, and that of opposing BBI document which is supported by President Uhuru Kenyatta.

That is also another message to the president direct from the people on the ground after having received one in form of a letter from Senate Majority whip, Senator Irungu Kang'ata.

And they indicate how the president is increasingly becoming unpopular in his political backyard.
