JUST IN: Police Point Accusing Finger at Recent Politics After Video of Child Smoking Bhang

A disturbing video clip of a minor smoking what appears to be bhang has been making rounds on social media with many Kenyans getting angered by the video and asking the police to intervene.

The minor, is seen in the video smoking the illegal substance while being egged on by adults who are filming the ordeal in an undisclosed place in the country.

According to the National Police Service Official Social Media Handle, reference has been made to the video with a warning being sent out to any parent or adult caught giving a minor such illegal substances.

The police have said that investigations have been launched into the video to ascertain who filmed it so that they can be brought to justice for their crimes.

The National Police Service has also stated that this has been propagated by recent politics where a certain Presidential Aspirant is planning to legalize bhang once he is elected as the next President of Kenya.

Her is part of the statement, "Our attention has been drawn to a circulating disturbing and gross video clip on social media circles where an underage child is seated comfortably smoking what may be clearly seen as a prohibited substance that is commonly known as bhang.”
