
Governor Wycliffe Wangamati today held a one-on-one meeting with more than 2,000 stakeholders from across the County at his Ndengelwa home.
In a one-of-a-kind session, Governor took time listening to their views, soaking in accolades on what he has delivered so far and what else he needs to do to transform Bungoma.
On his part, Governor Wangamati committed to stay the course and to keep the promise of working for the people of Bungoma.
He highlighted what has done so far and shared his vision for Bungoma post 2022 including investing time, energy and money to building cottage industries to create employment.
Governor Wangamati said that while some of his competitors dwell on comedy and story-telling, he will concentrate on doing what will create jobs, open up Bungoma with better roads, keep orphans and vulnerable children in school through scholarships and ensure our health facilities have drugs, personnel and equipment.
