otoDeputy President Rigathi Gachagua today has issued an statement on how one could befriend President William Ruto.
While giving a speech at one of the function, Rigathi Gachagua revealed that one can become a friend to the President if he can create five jobs.
In a statement, Rigathi Gachagua has stated that he has already gone through his probation and that he was sure that his job was safe and sound.
