Deputy William Ruto has officially initiated his three-day Nyanza region tour that will involve various areas including Kisumu county, Homabay and Migori county.
Ruto's bottom-up economic model held at the Susan Owiyo Arts Cetre in Kisumu West almost got terminated as he was delivering his final speech before he could receive an unusual Interruptions from one gentleman.
"If we agree to vote for you which is the reason we are here, what will you give a person like Eliud Owalo?" The man who claimed that he has travelled all the way from Siaya county to just come and witness the UDA rally raised questions for the DP Ruto amid his final speech.
DP Ruto answered boldly saying that once he will clinch the top seat, he won't forget people like Eliud Owalo adding that they are part of the development plan.
"Owalo, Ojwang are part of UDA and they will be part of our plans," Ruto said.
Ruto went ahead and urged kisumu residents to embrace togetherness and he assures of creating the better opportunity for the youths.
