The vocal politician allied to Deputy President William Ruto is seeking to run for the Nairobi woman representative seat in 2022 using the United Democratic Alliance (UDA)
During her meeting with the women who she has described as grassroot leaders from Zimmerman, Kasarani, she has continued to champion for the bottom up economy model which has been championed by the second in command, Ruto.
"Women are at the epicenter of the bottom up economic model. One of our top agenda is focusing on women empowerment which is very vital in building a fair, all inclusive and progressive economy. We are devoted in ensuring gender and equality by taking a transformative and rights-based approach." She has said on here Facebook page.
In the meeting, the women had painted yellow with their outfits as they show their support for the UDA Nairobi's woman rep, Omanga.
This has elicited mixed reactions among Kenyans on social media who some have shown their unwavering support.
