You would want to imagine that the security of a whole Deputy President would be top notch; and that it would only be second to that accorded the president .
Well it appears you would be totally wrong if you hold this view.
It so happened that a man evaded Dp Rutos security personnel and managed not just to reach Rutos car but actually clambered to the top of the car where Ruto was addressing the public in Email Town. Ruto went ahead to give his microphone to the fellow so that he could address the gathering as well.
Unless this was stage managed for political reasons , it shows a big lapse in security on the part of those tasked with providing security to the deputy president. What if this was a hostile individual with an ill motive?
Ruto's security team can do better and those in Emali today deserve some disciplinary action for sleeping on the job... Unless of course if the whole thing was stage managed.
