Narc Kenyan Party Leader Martha Karua has torn down Deputy President William Ruto over his continued move to block the calls to join a coalition with his United Democratic Alliance Party in 2022 issuing fresh details.
According to Martha Karua, she has informed that when they allowed Kenya to becomes a multiparty state is after going through an oppressed regime stating that they won't allow Kenya to be taken back to the One Party State era.
"I was a youthful leader of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) when we pushed the Kanu government to allow the introduction of the multiparty system in Kenya. We were oppressed at that time. Those who were not there cannot understand why we are reluctant, as Mt Kenya leaders, to fold up our respective parties," Ms. Karua said.
Martha Karua has informed that DP Ruto should learn to respect other leaders regardless of their political affiliation warning top guns close to the Second in Command to keep off.
The Narc Party leader has also advised those of Mt Kenya leaders who have stood with their parties among them Chama Cha Kazi Party Leader Moses Kuria and The Service Party Leader Mwangi Kiunjuri that they should not bow down to intimidations.
The popularly known as the Iron Lady has sworn that she will ensure the next government is a coalition government.
"We cannot go back to the one-party system. We must be respected. I am urging my colleagues not to bow to intimidation and fold up. Let us compete fairly in the coming polls," Ms. Karua said.
