Summary of the Results For Governor Elections That Have Been Officially Declared by IEBC

Kenneth Lusaka governor elect for Bungoma County

Here are the results for governor elections that have so far been officially declared by the electoral commission. According to the report shared through social media platforms, the final results for gubernatorial elections began streaming on Thursday evening as tallying of votes continued at IEBC county tallying centres across the country. Members of the public should note that tallying of votes is still ongoing in some County tallying center.

Migori County- ODM's Ochillo Ayako was the winner with 175,226 votes. He was closely followed by John Pesa of DAP-K who had 126,171 votes.

Nandi County- Stephen Kipyeyo Arap Sang was successfully declared the winner after garnering 237, 045 votes.

Kisumu County- Anyang Nyongo was re-elected after getting 319,957 votes.

Uasin Gishu- Jonathan Bii of UDA won the race with 214,036 edging Independent candidate Zedekiah Bundotich who got 127,013 votes.

West Pokot County- UDA's Simon Kachapin garnered 86,476 votes to trounced incumbent John Lonyangapuo.

Busia County- ODM's Paul Otuoma got 164,478 votes to clinch the seat. John Sakwa of ANC party emerged the second with 92,144 votes.

Homabay county- Gladys Wanga won the race after getting 244,559 votes defeating Evans Kidero who emerged the second with 154,183 votes.

Siaya county: James Orengo emerged the winner with 220,349 votes.

Nyandarua County- Kiarie Badilisha of UDA party won the gubernatorial race.

Bungoma County. The first governor Ken Lusaka bounced back after defeating Wycliffe Wangamati, he got 241, 695 votes.

Other counties will be updated once IEBC announces them officially.
