IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati announced William Samoei Ruto as the president elect yesterday at the Bomas of Kenya.
Mutahi Ngunyi on Twitter made a statement claiming that it's not yet over until it's over.
Writing on Twitter, the famous lawyer says that Ruto's victory isn't that sure even if he has been gazetted since he can be degazetted. He says that they will head to supreme court and provide all the evidence they have and ultimately they are sure that Ruto's victory will be invalidated and this will be done through a recount of the votes or seek nullification based on illegalities of the electoral process.
Should the Azimio team go to court and win, their will be nullification of Results and Kenyans might take part in another Presidential Election which might hand Raila Odinga victory.
