DP Ruto: I Will Not Meet Mount Kenya Foundation To Lecture Me As A Presidential Candidate

Deputy President yesterday while on his five-day visit at the Coast regions said he is not interested meeting the Mount Kenya Foundation to lecture him as a presidential candidate, adds he will reach out to Kenyans.

I will not meet Mount Kenya Foundation to lecture me as a presidential candidate because they have no authority or not been sent by Kenyans to do the job," he said.

The presidential hopeful conducted his campaigns in Wundanyi, Mwatate and Voi towns in Taita Taveta County.

The DP Ruto is anticipated will hold 17 rallies to sell his trickle-down economic model.

The second in command is expected to hold a closed door meeting with United Democratic Alliance (UDA) delegates from the Coast at Mombasa's Wild Waters Park.Monday.
