The duo, Felix and Nanok are close allies of President Ruto who had played key roles during his campaigns only to miss cabinet slots.
Nanok served as Director-General of President Ruto's campaign secretariat.
Koskei, a member of the Judicial Service Commission stepped down in 2015 as Cabinet Secretary to pave way for investigations into corruption allegations against him.
President Uhuru Kenyatta nominated former Agriculture secretary Felix Koskei to serve in the Judicial Service Commission (JSC), almost three years after dismissing him out of his Cabinet over corruption allegations.
The then President asked Mr Koskei to go away together with colleagues Charity Ngilu (Land), John Kamau (Transport), Davis Chirchir (Energy) and Kazungu Kambi (Labour).
The EACC later charged most of this leaders, closing Ms Ngilu’s file and making Mr Koskei a witness.
