"Ni Wakati Wakuhama" Says Oparanya as He Delivers Fresh News Ahead Of Elections (Video)

Wycliffe Oparanya, the governor of Kakamega county, has stated that we are in a period of political transition. And anybody is allowed to associate with a leader and political party of their choosing.
