There are nine general elections scheduled for the much awaited month of August. As the campaign for Azimio-One Kenya winds off on Sunday, Raila Odinga's Nyanza visits are coming to an end, while coalition running mate Martha Karua is organizing rallies in Nairobi.
Martha Karua will reportedly attend a mass service at Westlands ADC Church, according to Nairobi County Azimio- One Kenya gubernatorial candidate on the Jubilee platform Polycap Igathe morning publication.
In order to persuade Nairobi's 2.4 registered voters to choose Azimio flagbearer Raila Odinga over rival William Ruto, a series of campaign stops would thereafter be made in Kawangware, Starehe, Kariobangi, and other areas.
Numerous candidates, including Edwin Sifuna, Sam Mwangi, Dennis Waweru, Mathare MP Anthony Oluoch, Westland MP Timothy Wanyonyi, and Mercy Gakuya, to name a few, will be with her.
At the same time, Azimio's candidate Raila Odinga is anticipated to visit Homabay County on Sunday, July 3, to wind up his busy Nyanza campaigning.
From Thursday, Raila Odinga has been occupying the area with effective campaigns in the counties of Migori, Nyamira, and Siaya, respectively. Prior to his travel to Homabay, he will be with Gladys Wanga, Junet Mohamed, James Ongwae, Ali Hassan Joho, and other Azimio leaders in addition to ODM National Chairman John Mbadi.
