Justina Wamae Reveals Why She Took 4 Days To Congratulate Ruto And Gachagwa Eliciting Reactions.

The IEBC chairman Wafula chebukati's decision to declare William Ruto of Kenya kwanza as the winner of this year's election continue to elicit reactions.

So far, various heads of states and government have sent their messages of congratulations to the president elect William Ruto even as Raila Odinga plans to go to court to contest the results.

Locally, Justina Wamae has too sent her Congratulatory message to Ruto and Gachagwa.

Taking to her twitter account on Friday evening, Justina said she has had to take four days before congratulating the president elect because she wanted to hear from various quotas on whether IEBC was free and fair.

"It has taken me 4 days listening to argument from all quotas on whether IEBC was free, fair and transparent and I can confidently say that the election was transparent because the polling station agents who are supreme in this process would have", she said on Twitter.

Her message elicited reactions from netizens with some claiming that she could be out to get some favors.
