With Ruto insisting that he won't form an alliance with small parties like Moses Kuria's Chama Cha Kazi, he has not been enjoying a good relationship with the second in command.
This has left many speculating that he could be planning to join Raila's Azimio la Umoja soon since Raila has demonstrated that he is ready to accommodate all parties in his Alliance.
Moses Kuria has today finally broken silence naming one thing Raila must do for him to join his Azimio la Umoja Movement.
Speaking to the Star, Kuria has for the first time hinted at joining Raila but under a condition.
If this proposal goes through, Kuria has promised to jump ship to Raila's camp because Mt Kenya region would benefit if more money is allocated to the counties.
