High Court Rules in Favor of Ruto

With 32 days remaining to August 9, general election, Kenya continues to experience a hot political temperature as presidential aspirants moves across the country to popularize their agenda and consolidate their support.

Today on Thursday, July 7, Kenya High Court makes their rulling on the case that was filled against Deputy President William Samoei Ruto seeking to remove him from the office citing misconduct and absconding official duties.

High Court eventually throws out the case against DP Ruto who is currently vying for President on a United Democratic Alliance party ticket (UDA) under Kenya Kwanza coalition, against Former Prime Minister, Raila Amollo Odinga vying on Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance ticket.

DP Ruto has also been alleged of absconding official duties as he engaged in early campaigns Instead of focusing on his duties, something that also broke his relationship with president Uhuru Mwigai Kenyatta. President Uhuru Kenyatta however resorted to support Azimio candidate.
