A motorbike operator in Ruiru town is the latest entrant in Kiambu governorship race after former Kiambu chief Ferdinand Waitutu openly said he will be running for the same position in 2022,according to Eric Mungai who is popularly known as Mungai wa Nduthi he revealed that he is running for the position because youths have been sidelined in leadership positions,Mungai is a father of two who claims he is determined to elevate many youths in 2022 saying they stand a chance of changing leadership in the county only if he will be elected.
Mungai will be battling out with tycoons who were in power for more than 10 years and he is the only underdog in the gubernatorial seat,all those who are eying the seat are filthy rich considering all of them have been in government,the latest individual to open on his candidature was Ferdinand Waititu who openly said he will be running in UDA.
While James Nyoro and Kabogo will be eyeing Jubilee party nominations,the two are said to be thinking of other parties that they will pick rather than picking Jubilee which is rumoured to be dead in Kiambu.
