Governor Kivutha has recently criticized the Wiper Party after he was kicked out of the party a day after being endorsed by the Ukambani Elders to join the 2022 race. Kibwana stated that he was forced to face the Wiper Disciplinary Committee. This was after he accepted to enter into a Memorudum of Understanding with the Wiper Party. The kicking out just comes a day after the Ukambani Elders found him to be suitable to join the 2022 race and represent the community in the coming election.
The news that were first published on the Facebook, on 24th, July, 2022, Kibwana said that he was kicked out after he finally declared his interest to join the tough 2022 race. He said that the reason for him being kicked out was because he was endorsed by the elders in the region. He said that he was told to join the Wiper Party by breaking his party.
Wiper Disciplinary Committee wrote to him that the party will hear about his expulsion from the party within 14 days. This letter was based on his conduct to the party. The hearing is expected to be conducted at the party's headquarters and he is to attend a boardroom on 11.30 am on 30th, July,2021.
