Politics in Kenya is now becoming the song of the day as politicians are moving from one county to another politicking almost every day. Even though the presidential race is having numerous candidates that the have had ever, Raila and Ruto are the ones who are most popular in this race.
New ways and patterns is seen to have been implemented by the politicians and their supporters in influencing their voters. Being that president Uhuru Kenyatta did not accompanied Raila in the ceremony where he was naming his running mate, does not mean that he has left campaigning for him.
According to the sources, it is said that the president will not be on the ground to campaign for Azimio.

David Murathe revealed that Uhuru has set the ball rolling and everything is in place. He also added that his absence during the unveiling of Raila's running mate does not speak to issues in Azimio, but was calculated to have the aspirant run his campaign.
