
Today, 28th june, Kaluma while speaking to a crowd he alleged that Raila might be impeached incase his party ODM fails to win more parliamentary seats in the constituency levels.
While speaking to the locals within Homa-bay town he noted that if incase Raila's political opponents manage to accumulate more members of Parliament than him in the August election then they might an advantage of the parliamentary route and impeache him.
" What you people don't know is that Raila can be sworned in today as the president but also he can be impeached tomorrow by the opponents through the parliament", Kaluma said while speaking in Luo language.
He added that the voters in Homa-bay had the opportunity to avoid the impeachment by voting in all the ODM aspirants within the region.
Kaluma said this as he was sensitizing Martha Karua's visit in Homa-bay county which is scheduled to take place tomorrow.
Kaluma who is a two term member of Parliament representing Homa-bay town constituency is seeking for a third term in the August election through an ODM ticket.
