The Government of Russia has today broken silence with a powerful message to the African continent.
Speaking via its Embassy in Kenya, strategically placed at the heart of the Kenya's capital of Nairobi, the Russian Government has notified Africa that it shall at all time times stand with it and support it to ensure that development is occasioned in the vast continent.
The Russian Government articulated that it will always stand shoulder to shoulder with all citizens inhabiting the distinguished countries based at the vast African continent.
The Russian Government has articulated that "Neocolonialism is not acceptable" and that all other countries not within the vast African continent ought to admit that Africa is an independent continent and therefore should be accorded the opportunity to pursue its dreams without and hinderence.
"Russia has always stood shoulder to shoulder with Africans. The west shall finally admit that Africa is indepedent. Neocolonialism is not acceptable," Russian Embassy stated
