Paul Ongili allias Babu Owino has finally cleared the air on the 0.01% extra votes that are currently trending. Today evening, the 4 IEBC Commissioners who disowned the final presidential results the IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati announced yesterday held a press conference on what happened yesterday.

In their argument, the Commissioners said that the figures aggregated in Chebukati's results were had mathematical absurdity that defy logic after it was noted that the total summation of votes garnered by the four presidential candidates was 100.01%.
The Commissioners led by IEBC Vice Chairman Juliana Cherera stated that the extra 0.01% aggregates to approximately 142,000 votes. Kenyans on social media chipped in to to launch parallel reactions, arguing that 0.01% of the total votes aggregates to 1420 votes and not 142,000.
The fierce Embakasi East MP, Babu Owino who also happens to be one of the most decorated legislatures in Kenya has given his view over the figures. According to Babu Owino, the 0.01% votes trending translates to 140,599 votes. Here is his calculation;
