After suspending his empowerment programme due to covid-19 challenges Kesses MP Dr Swarup Mishra has embarked on his developmental series. 
The hardworking legislator distributed an approximate 65million shillings in Cheptiret/Kipchamo ward that saw several schools benefiting from the project.
The former vice chairman health committee has been playing a crucial roles in his Kesses.
Several women and youth groups have benefited from various empowerment programmes courtesy of Dr Swarup Mishra.
Kesses constituency has been one of the constituencies in kenya that have recorded good use and management of NG-CDF kitty.
Speaking during the event the Dr Mishra appealed to community and other stakeholders to partner in helping the community. 
However the MP further added that every ward in his constituency will be receiving their funds for developments purpose.
The first time MP has raised the standard of Kesses constituency and he has been going an extra mile using his personal resources in helping the community.
