Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria is a man full of controversies. Kuria was a staunch supporter to president Uhuru Kenyatta during the 2013 and 2017 general elections and help him campaign throughout the country. In Uhuru's last term as the president their relationship with the Gatundu lawmaker seemed to have faded off at a faster rate. Kuria has turned to be his greatest critic always calling him off for decisions he makes.
After the fallout he joined deputy president side Tangatanga where they have been championing for the rights of common mwanainchi through the wheelbarrow initiative. The initiative strive to equate the rich and the poor as dynasties against hustlers. Speaking today morning on Radio Citizen Kuria has hailed praises at ODM party leader Raila Odinga for his support to see a better Kenya. He has also maintained that Raila is not a bad man and always mean well for the country.
His statements raises speculations on a possibility of him dumping the deputy president and joining Raila Odinga's side. Maybe it's his time to try things in ODM party even as the country heads towards 2022 general elections.
