The journey to State House has gain momentum, with two noticeable leaders, Deputy President William Ruto and Raila Odinga criss-crossing the country in search of support, as they look to strengthen their political bases ahead of 2022 elections.
Today, Dp Ruto was in his third day tour of Coast region, where he visited various places like Jomvu and Nyali. He also dished out many goodies including school buses and opening various development projects. Like always, he attack those agaisnt hustler narrative, saying that it was time for hustlers to be big decision makers of the country. Among those who accompanied the second in command include MPs Aisha Jumwa, Mwashetani, Owen Baya, Feisal Bader and also Hassan Omar among others.
Raila Odinga on the other hand was in Kakuma, Turkana County drumming support for BBI. His allies including Junet Mohammed who accompanied him, couldn't shun away from attacking Dp Ruto, saying he is lying to Kenyans. Raila on his part, said that the 2 million shillings promised to MCAs is not a bribe to pass BBI.
