Moses Kuria days after being told by Murang'a County Woman Representative Sabina Chege that President Uhuru is interested having Moses Kuria as Mt.Kenya Spokesperson,the lawmaker has finally said he's ready to meet the head of state.
Moses Kuria addressing Gatundu South residents on Tuesday said the parliament will be vetting IEBC Commissioners and after vetting he's ready to meet President Uhuru to urge him to fasten the approval of the IEBC Commissioners.
"We will be vetting IEBC Commissioners and am ready to meet the head of state to request him approve the names of the Commissioners,"said Moses Kuria
The Gatundu South lawmaker said next year the IEBC will conduct general elections and no one should lie to Kenyans that elections will be postponed.
Kuria added that he will not be seeking any elective position but rather champion Mt Kenya region interests through the CCM party.
"Some people aren't happy with my party.Mt Kenya votes will not just be dumped easily,"said Kuria
