According to a Citizen tv news report, Wajakoyah turned up at Indangalisia primary school before 10: 40 am to vote but was unable to vote due to the failure of the IEBC KIEMS which was not responding to him.
As of noon, no one in the polling station had cast their vote.
But at around 1 pm, the Roots Party leader and voters at the station began casting their ballots after the electoral body approved the use of a manual register.
Wajakoyah who is not a patient started complaining about the KIEMS revealing that IEBC Officials were planning something. He said that he knows very that Kakamega will give him a million plus votes but due to IEBC KIEMS failure he might miss the votes.
