Ndegwa and Ndegwa Advocates boss lawyer Ndegwa Njiru on 8th March reacted to the ongoing debate of previous regime looting public funds in the last days of their adminstration.
Speaking via his official twitter handle, lawyer Ndegwa Njiru who has always been criticizing Kenya Kwanza's leaders opined that he's in agreement with deputy president Rigathi Gachagua's latest stance on uhuru's men who looted sh 15 billion.
Njiru termed the ongoing saga between the former treasury cabinet secretary and the controller of the budget Nyakang'o 'untidy' claiming no one should be allowed to loot public funds without approval from the national assembly.
" Hii story ya Treasury na controller of budget is very untidy. No one should be allowed to loot our mege resources. On this one, am with my school mate @rigathi....", he wrote.
His statement comes off days after deputy president Rigathi Gachagua who Ndegwa Njiru dubbed as his former school mate, threatened to name individuals who involved in looting sh 15 billion days before august presidential election.
It should be noted that Ukur Yatani refuted claims of forcing controller of the budget Nyakang'o to approve the said millions of money threatening to sue her for defamation.
