Martha Karua's nomination as Raila Odinga's running mate is still igniting debates across the country. Senator Millicent Omanga said people should not celebrate because she will be overpowered by Raila if they win the election. admits that her office will be neglected just like Deputy DP William Ruto's.

Nairobi Women's Representative aspirant has hinted that Martha Karua will have a difficult time in the office if Azimio wins the election. Omanga said that Karua will be powerless in the office since she's a woman and people should not celebrate early.

Fighting for her own rights will be hard since she's just one woman on top of many women. Just like the way Uhuru treated Ruto, Karua will be treated, she said.
However, she congratulated Karua, saying her nomination would be a big win for women in the country.
Kenyans online said that it was so low of Omanga to say that since she's a woman, women should support each other.
