Nyeri Deputy Governor Dr. Caroline Karugu has warned the residents of Central Kenya against dissolving their Political parties and joining UDA. The Deputy County Chief was speaking at Kameme TV on Wednesday morning. According to the Deputy President, Kikuyus should proceed with caution because not all those laughing with them means good to them. Karugu allegedly said that, even if the region will not have a presidential candidate they should form their own Political Party speak in one voice lest they perish. Her sentiments comes at a time when there are speculation that there will be reforms in Jubilee Party ahead of the next general elections.
" Our people ought to be cautious and know that not all those laughing with them have good intentions. There will be many coming their way laughing with us and alleging they want the best for us but we must organize ourselves. We must retreat and think which Political Party we shall form and use it at the negotiation table but nit a party to fight other Party," said the Deputy Governor.
" The division in our region, Mt Kenya, need people to retreat and come up with a solution. If we won't do this we may not reach where we want," said the Deputy Governor.
