Just In : Mike Sonko, Okoth Obado And Sospeter Ojamong Corrupt Cases To Be Tabled This Week In Court

According to the most recent report from EACC, Zacharia Okoth Obado, Mike Sonko and Sospeter Ojamong cases will be tabled this week in court.

Zacharia Okoth Obado, former Migori County Governor and others. They are charged with abuse of office, conspiracy to commit an economic crime, money laundering and unlawful acquisition of public property. Charges relate of gross misappropriation of public funds amounting to ksh 73.4 million. The case will be heard at Milimani Anti corruption court on 29th to 30th September 2022.

Mike Sonko, former Governor of Nairobi, Anthony Otieno Alias and others. They are charged with conflict of interest and irregular procurement. Charges relate to conspiracy to commit an offense of corruption, embezzlement of public funds in the sum of ksh 24 million from Nairobi city council government. Milimani Anti corruption at 27th to 29th September 2022.
