Vihiga county women representative Beatrice Adagala, has told off United Democratic Alliance party Secretary-General Cleophas Malala over his push to have the Kenya Kwanza Alliance parties to fold and join the United Democratic Alliance party.
Adagala told off Malala arguing that it is not time for noises over parties merger as Kenyans are expecting the leaders who were elected to serve them. She noted that the noises are not important at all terming them irrelevant. She however maintained that their Amani National Congress party will not fold as Malala is demanding.
"Saa Hii Si Wakati Wa Kupiga Kelele ati Vyama Vivunjwe, Saa Hii Ni Wakata Wakanya Watarajia Kuwa Viongozi Ambavyo Walichaguliwa To Deliver" The Women representative stated.

Her sentiments were echoed by the party leader Governor Issa Timamy who declared that the Amani National Congress party will not fold as Malala is suggesting.
He stated that the party is independent and will only seek to grow stronger. The ANC Governor noted that they are just part of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance and supporting the government but they will not fold their party to Join the United Democratic Alliance party.
The same message was echoed by the Amani National Congress party chairman Kelvin Lunani who declared that they are to stay and will only grow stronger. Lunani urged the Members and supporters of the Amani National Congress party to remain strong and firm as the party is not folding to join the United Democratic Alliance party.
This comes just a day after the new United Democratic Alliance party Secretary-General declared that all Kenya Kwanza Alliance parties must fold and join the United Democratic Alliance party.
