Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga has today led Kenyans in a funeral service that has been convened to pay the last respect to the late Chris Kirubi who died this week on Monday aged 40 years. The funeral service has taken place at Karen church.
Top politicians and government leaders have also attended the funeral service. Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi, Rachael Ruto and Peter Kenneth graced the event. Dr. Kirubi is expected to be laid to rest tomorrow Saturday at Thika. Mrs. Racheal Ruto delivered DP Ruto's condolences message.
While Raila Odinga was busy attending Kirubi's funeral service, it has been revealed that deputy president Dr. William Ruto was attending the National Tokyo Olympic qualifications at Kasarani International Stadium.
