"He Is A Political Genius" Expert Claims Uhuru Played Multi-bets in The Polls, Advises Him Over Ruto

Former Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta "played his hands efficiently," according to political analyst Joe Khalende. If Raila Odinga, the Azimio's presidential candidate, had won, Khaled argues, Uhuru's nomination as chair of the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance would have allowed the team to launch the BBI.

A political observer claimed on Tuesday morning's broadcast of K24 TV that the president was serving as chair of the Azimio and had formed other political parties under the Azimio name.

He singled out Eugene Wamamwa's party, as well as the Democratic Action Party of Kenya, DAP-K, and others, saying that he was responsible for starting them up and that he will retain some power till they merge with his Jubilee party. The Analyst argued that the president should humbly quit because his deputy William Ruto had outsmarted him and turned the Mount Kenya region 'yellow,' the predominant color of Ruto's United Democratic Alliance, UDA party.

"I find Uhuru's actions to be pretty strategic. Examining the Azimio table setup, one might deduce that he made many wagers. A wise decision was made when you agreed to take on the job of Azimio chair. As the key negotiator for the Azimio coalition, he knew that several candidates from the Jubilee Party would have won the election. He is the main force behind the DAP-K party."

"As his party's secretary general, Jeremiah Kioni, acknowledged, the vote on Mt. Kenya was a protest vote against Uhuru, and he should accept that. There is no room for tribal politics in Mt. Kenya, and he should know that Ruto has been a fantastic leader for the people there."
