Raphael Tuju now claims Azimio has more evidence to nullify this election than NASA had in 2017

Azimio la Umoja secretary general Rafael Tuju now claims that the coalition is prepared with more evidence to convince the supreme court to nullify this election than the National Super Alliance (NASA) had in 2017. Speaking during an interview with local luo television station Ramogi TV, Tuju confirmed that the evidence is overwhelming and they are hopping that the election will be nullified.

In 2017, the National Super Alliance (NASA) that was headed by Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka filed evidence to the Supreme court that was enough to convince more than half of the seven Supreme Court judges that the elections was not done in accordance with the law. This prompted the supreme court to nullify president Uhuru Kenyatta's win in that elections and call for fresh elections in 60 days.

According to Tuju, they have collected enough evidence and are ready to file a petition in the supreme court today. Election laws state gives the supreme court the power to nullify presidential election results and calling for fresh elections or fresh counting of votes.
