As the country heads to the 2022 general election, political temperatures have been going up. Many leaders have been in a rush to lure the people to support them in their aspiration for various seats while others have been tearing each other apart to showcase their supremacy.
Today, Western region governors Wycliffe Oparanya, Otichilo, Ojamong and Wangamati made a surprise move to declare Francis Atwoli as the Western region coordinator but as things seem to be, that move did not go down well with everyone as Kakamega County senator Cleophas Malala warned them of undermining Musalia Mudavadi.
"Governors @GovWOparanya, Otichilo, @GovWWangamati and Ojamong Must desist from undermining the leadership of Hon. @MusaliaMudavadi in Western region. We are focussed on the prize and we are not ready for any distractions." Tweeted Cleophas Malala.
Cleophas Malala has been popularizing his party leader Musalia Mudavadi for a period of time now and his latest stand that Mudavadi will go all the way to the presidential race in 2022 is not good news to Raila's camp.
