Gatundu South legislature Hon Moses Kuria has stated that Kenya's Canadian based exiled Lawyer Dr Miguna is beyond help.

Moses Kuria was speaking with Gerald Bitok on his weekly program known as TheTackle. According to Kuria, he has in several occasions talked to Miguna to allow him(Kuria) to take forms to Canada so that he can fill and get Kenyan passport.

“Miguna is beyond help my friend. I have told Miguna severally give me the work,I bring you passport forms using my own money from Kenya to Canada so that he can fill... Why don't Miguna do just a simple thing and come back to the country?” Hon Moses Kuria.

Dr Miguna was exiled by force in the year 2018 after he was engaged in an illegal swearing in of opposition leader Hon Raila Odinga.

Since then, attempts of him getting back to the country have failed despite court giving orders for his freedom.
